Agency Giving as an Employee Benefit
Every Catamaran employee gets $300 per quarter to donate to nonprofit organizations of their choice via Groundswell, democratizing charitable giving at the agency. Since launching this initiative in 2022, we’ve directed thousands of dollars toward causes our team cares about most.
The Confidant Scholarship & Internship
The Confidant Scholarship & Internship is a diversity & inclusion scholarship program we founded in 2021 with The University of Alabama. The program pairs a $10k scholarship with a paid internship in our NYC office (including a travel/housing stipend) and ongoing mentorship for an undergraduate advertising & PR student.
In 2024, we doubled down on the program in the wake of Alabama’s DEI ban, committing $20k in scholarship investment to support two University of Alabama students.
